disposable contents, all sales are final. For health and safety
reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on
opened or used Potty Packs.
If your Potty Pack arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order
number and photos of the issue. Upon review, we will offer a
replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are committed to
