Due to the personal hygiene nature of the Potty Pack and its disposable contents, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used Potty Packs.
If your Potty Pack arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Upon review, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are committed to providing quality products and will work promptly to resolve any verified concerns.

Use one disposable bag and one powder pack per restroom use.

Keep wet wipes sealed when not in use to avoid drying out. Do not reuse disposable bags or powder packs. Keep all items out of reach of children when not in use.
